Imagine what it would be like if you could see Him as He walks with you.  Imagine Him smiling as you discover the surprises, the joys He created for you.  Kind of like when you give someone a special gift and you just enjoy their beaming smile as they open your present knowing it is just what they wanted.  Imagine Him being there to hold you when you hurt, strengthen you when you can’t go on.   He IS there for you.  He takes joy in you and wants to do life with you.

Give me your Heart Lord!  I know that will put a smile on your face and bless me in the process. I am ready for the overwhelm. I am willing to open myself to see the hurts, the ugliness, the despair of people hurting themselves and others.  I will cry as you do, feeling their emptiness, hopelessness and pain they are experiencing.  Yet, I will be frustrated, not being able to help the sea of people … so many needs Lord, that seem to never end.  I will see them settling for the cheap counterfeit when you are there all the time. I will want to scream out and tell them YOU are waiting and willing to provide what they are really searching for…YOURSELF, GOD WITH US.   I will fall to my knees in despair of the impossible task. Then, you will give me YOUR EYES from MY TEARS. You will raise me up with your focus. You will point me on my journey with your boldness. My fear will be gone. I will be empowered by you to touch those you have readied. I will no longer serve to change others, I will be changed to serve others. I will serve them your grace, your forgiveness, your LOVE. I will have your heart Lord. Oh, thank you for the blessing.

God himself is the Master Reconciler, the Master of forgiveness, the Master Healer.

Matthew West was searching for new music ideas.  He wanted something significant. He wanted God’s leading . This story reveals GOD’S HEART of FORGIVNESS.

Renee was met with a tragedy in her life for sure. She decided to take the message to churches and schools to keep others from the same pain. She went around speaking to whoever she could, to right the wrong of drunk driving. She did it with all her strength.

Then God stepped in and convicted her that she was to forgive this man that killed her innocent daughter.  Can you imagine the dialog going on inside her? “No way, he deserves everything and more”. “I forgave you my child.  They killed my son too. I know how it feels, trust me. Forgive them they don’t know what they are doing. Trust me my child. It is always better my way”. She says, “Hmmm, ooook”. So she goes to the prison to tell the man she forgave him. One step of faith and action done. God is not finished by a long shot. Eric understood for the first time what forgiveness is and accepted Jesus forgiveness. To really forgive is not just words, it is action. God continued working on her heart and she saw him from God’s eyes, that the young man just made a tragic mistake. The family one at a time went before the judge in an unprecedented request…Reduce his prison term.  They won. His term was reduced from 22 years to 11 years. Eric became a son to the family, replacing the lost daughter. He got out last November and now travels around with Renee talking about drunk driving and forgiveness. Really their message is about Gods healing from our pain.

When she was ministering on her own, what kind of audience would she get? 300? Now since Rene trusted God, even when it went against her feelings, that very act opened a floodgate of healing she never could have imagined.  Her way and her power, or His way and His power.  Now she travels with Matthew West and speaks to10,000-30,000 at a time. It gets better. Everytime Forgivness is played, Renee’s story gets to prove God’s forgiveness does set the prisoner free!!!  That is 8,000,000 plays a day. Wow. I want God’s power not mine.
